With the line passing directly through the fluorescent tip and body, this unique in-line design radically reduces wrap over tangles associated with shallow fishing.
This tangle-free feature is also a huge advantage when repeatedly slapping the rig on the surface to mimic the impact of loose feeding pellet.
In-line Shallow Crystals are also perfect for fishing tight to far bank cover, commercial islands or in shallow margin pegs.
The transparent Crystal body ensures the float is much less conspicuous to wary fish, which is a massive advantage over traditionally painted pole floats, especially on heavily fished waters.
Four sizes from 0.2g up to 0.5g allow the float to be fished with a variety of baits and the highly visible Red, Orange or Yellow Glow tips stand out equally well against dark cover or open water.

Drennan Polemaster PTFE Bush Bullnose
Made from 100% pure PTFE. The bull nose helps the elastic run smoother and protects your pole from damage when the elastic retracts back.
A special Carp size is also available in three sizes, which is ideal for both hollow and larger solid elastics.
To fit these bushes, the pole tip section should be cut back carefully, removing any sharp edges until a tight push fit is obtained.

E-Sox Dropshot Fluorocarbon makes an ideal leader material. It is supple enough to ensure a lure behaves naturally, yet stiff enough to avoid tangles.
As it is made from 100% fluorocarbon it has a very similar refractive index to water, making it almost invisible and therefore much harder for a fish to detect.
Dropshot Fluorocarbon Leader has exceptional abrasion resistance and high knot strength for its given diameter.

The Crystal Caster is the latest addition to Drennan’s unique range of Crystal Pole Floats and is built to the same exacting specifications as the award-winning Crystal Dibber, In-Line Crystal Dibber and Margin Crystal pole floats.

Drennan E-Sox Power Pikeflex 12ft 3.25lb
The E-Sox Power Pikeflex Rod is designed as a dedicated big pike fishing tool. It is ideal for both legered deadbaits, or as a distance float rod.
At 12ft (3.6m) and with a test curve of 3.25lb the blank is capable of distance casting big deadbaits up to 8oz.
The subtle, dark platinum blank is fitted with seven large diameter SIC guides, enabling stop lots to pass freely and optimising the distance. Just one 25mm line guide is fitted to the butt section.
Guides are double legged, adding extra rigidity to the blank, which helps set big trebles into bony jaws and to safeguard the rings against the rigours of big-water piking.
The high modulus carbon blank has impressive reserves of power but a responsive tip for good line control, useful for counteracting drift when fishing at range.
The progressive action comes through into the butt section, making the rod an excellent shock absorber and ideal for subduing big, hard-fighting pike.Finished with an attractive cork handle with short EVA section and stainless E-Sox butt cap. At 25 inches (64cm), the handle enables double-hand overhead casting to compress the blank and get heavy rigs out to that distance drop-off.

Drennan Polemaster Hook-Ups**
Hook Ups and Depth Marker Bands are essential items of pole fishing equipment. Hook Ups allow you to keep your pole rig safely on your top kit when you are not using it.
They are best set at rig depths to avoid exposing unnecessary lengths of elastic under tension.
This avoids over-tensioning the elastic and exposing it to sunlight for too long.
Depth Marker Bands are coloured silicone pieces that can be adjusted along the pole section to your rig depth as required thus avoiding the use of Tipp-Ex.
