ESP Cryogen Chod Hammer Hooks
The Chod-Hammers incorporate some of the best key features of their bigger brother, the highly effective Trig-Hammer; crucially we have mirrored the point profile of the Trig’s across all the sizes, so the long fine needle points are incredibly sharp.
The twin tempering process also means that although the points are very fine, they are also tough and durable. We have also mirrored the bend of the Trig to create a very strong shape.
The heavy forging and correct tempering gives the Chod-Hammers the correct degree of spring making them highly unlikely to open or snap.
The medium length shank terminates in a subtly out-turned eye, perfect for tying the knotless knot with stiff hook link materials such as bristle filament.
On this range we have increased the eye diameter slightly so that the larger sizes can accommodate 25lb bristle filament three times through the eye.
Wire gauges on the Chod-Hammers have been kept the same as their forerunner the Cryogen Stiff Rigger And with the sizes being very similar it means you can use the same pop-ups in relation to the hook size.
These new hooks have past the testing process with flying colours, consistently achieving excellent hook holds and none of the guys that have tested them have felt the need to sharpen the points as they are needle sharp straight from the packet.Features:

ESP Yellow Double Corn
Double Corn is tough, super buoyant material which does not lose buoyancy. These boilies can be ‘glugged’ in flavours for additional attraction or left un-flavoured.
Each pack contains 16 pieces - two of each size (four different sizes) and colour.
These can be used to perfectly balance a variety of pop up rigs such as Ronnie, hinged stiff or multi rigs without the need for additional putty.
Other hooks and rig variations may require the addition of tungsten putty to balance - the possibilities are endless! Also, these can be used in combination with food bait boilies to create balanced ‘snowman’ rigs or even be used for zigs.
These baits provide a serious edge on crayfish infested waters where conventional pop-ups and tungsten putty are vulnerable to the attention of crayfish.

This super-supple braided hook link material sinks incredibly well, been that it hugs the bottom contours, making it very hard for carp to spot it.
It features very tough fibres which are tightly woven so that they won’t easily come apart, thus making it easier to get a clean cut and to cleanly thread it through the eye of a hook when tying a knotless knot.
It is made up of a mixture of green and silt coloured fibres, so ensure that it will blend in well with whatever type of bottom you’re fishing over.

Korda Dark Matter Balancing Weights
Our new innovative pure tungsten interchangeable DM BALANCING WEIGHTS are an industry first! Created to sit over the barrel of a size 11 swivel, these precisions engineered weights counter balance a buoyant hook bait on your chosen rig.
Ideal for use with Chod, Hinge-Stiff and Spinner rigs they offer a neat alternative to putty.
Made from pure tungsten, which is much denser than other tungsten filled rubber products, they have an amazing size to weight ratio which helps make the final rig neater.
The DM BALANCING WEIGHTS can be used to counterbalance most pop ups / buoyant hook baits, this is particularly helpful when using naked Chod rigs where is it can be tricky to obtain the weight needed to sink the pop up.
They are also quickly interchangeable, which makes them perfect when trying to critically balance hook baits.
They do not wear and are reusable, meaning they will last forever if not lost.
Available in 5 weights (0.30g – 0.50g) with each individual product laser etched with a number to identify the weight i.e. 0.30g is labelled as 30. In addition, a ‘mixed pack’ is available containing 15 weights (3 of each size).
With the mixed pack, you can try all of the weights until you find one which is perfect, and then use the same size each time for that particular hook bait.
Did you know? Crayfish are attracted to tungsten, and anglers fishing waters with them in will tell you what a nightmare they are when using putty.
The DM BALANCING WEIGHTS are the perfect solution to this issue when fishing waters that contain crayfish as they cannot pull them off the rig.
TIP: They will fit over ALL Korda size 11 swivels.
We have done everything we can to try and control the tolerance of Korda size 11 swivel barrels, BUT sometimes they are a little tight to push on fully by hand.
We recommend using a Krimp Tool to carefully bring the balancing weight and swivel together.
Please note that they will not necessarily fit on competitor’s size 11 swivels as sizes vary.
Tungsten is a very hard material, it has little flex and therefore cannot be easily forced onto oversized barrels.

Korda Krank X Hooks
This pattern has been a huge seller since Tom Dove first came up with it back in 2014, and has accounted for countless big fish both at home and abroad, and even some monsters of other species well in excess of 100lb, in Thailand.
The unique shape features a very wide gape, with quite a short, curved shank into a slightly in-turned eye – the in-turned effect is accentuated by the shape of the shank and the way it sweeps round to the eye.
The point, which is slightly beaked, is offset and this shape helps it to ‘Krank’ its way in once it takes an initial hold.
These hooks are very strong, and feature a micro barb which won’t hinder penetration, but once in, will ensure that the hook stays in place.
A barbless version is also available.
The Krank can be used with a wide variety of different rigs and is incredibly effective even with a simple knotless knot, or it can be used on more complicated set-ups, such as the Spinner Rig which Tom Dove favours himself.

This incredibly sharp long-shank pattern has become established as ‘the’ hook of choice for thousands of anglers when using the Ronnie rig.
