ESP PVA Mesh Kit
20mmThis 20mm diameter PVA Mesh Kit is ideal for producing small, discreet parcels of bait and attractants and for making ultra-slim 'dynamite sticks' which are perfect for long range casting.
The bait tube has a slightly flared top to make filling easier and is moulded in a tough durable polymer.
The plunger has a rubberoid handle for comfort and is graded in 25mm divisions to help produce uniform size packages and sticks up to 15cm in length.
The bait tube is loaded with PVA Mesh knitted from an ultra-fine thread with a strong anti-ladder construction.
The unique combination of thread diameter and weave pattern produces a versatile mesh tube which is strong enough to be packed hard with bait yet fine enough to retain tiny pellets, boilie crumb and maggots.
Most importantly this ultra-fine mesh results in smaller knots and provides a controlled meltdown which is sufficient to get the bait to the bottom in deep water and yet disperse completely without residue.
The full kit of PVA Mesh, bait tube, and plunger fits neatly inside the convenient waterproof container.
Features:
20mm PVA mesh
Bait tube
Plunger
Quick melt
PVA Mesh refills available

Korda Square Pear Inline Lead
The Square Pear is the most condensed lead design in our range, and this makes it the perfect choice when fishing Solidz PVA bags, as it will neatly fit inside one and help ensure that the weight distribution is correct so that they fly straight.
Its flat-sided design also makes it perfect for fishing on any type of bottom where there is a slope.
The shape also gives this lead fantastic self-hooking qualities, as a carp doesn’t have to move it much to encounter the whole weight of the lead, due to it being so short in length.
It features a camouflage coating and a hard plastic insert which allows it to be fished semi-fixed, and a Tail Rubber and rig tubing can be added to help prevent tangles.Key features
Flat sided lead
Weight distribution is perfect for self-hooking
Ideal for use with Solidz PVA bags
Korda Choddy Hooks
This hook has been specifically designed for use with stiff hook links and rig presentations such as the chod rig or hinged stiff rig, but it can also be used with other pop-up presentations as well. I
t has an out-turned eye, to help give a continuous curve from the hook link to the hook when using stiff presentations, and the rest of its shape is based upon the iconic Wide Gape pattern, albeit in a slightly thicker wire.
It is an incredibly strong hook, as Darrell Peck will attest to, having caught carp to over 70lb on the size 8 version.
The slightly curved point is very sharp, and the barb is of a size that doesn’t hinder penetration, but once in, helps the hook stay securely in place.Key features
Perfect for chod and hinged stiff rigs
Out-turned eye
Very strong
Curved, sharp point
Micro Barbed or barbless versions
Korda Wide Gape X Hooks
This is a really classic pattern of hook and the Wide Gape has accounted for a huge number of big carp captures over the many years since it was first launched.
It is based on an old classic spade end hook pattern from the 1980s and 1990s which found favour with many anglers at the time – the Maruta Kinryu – but we have improved it and made it more user-friendly by switching the spade for an eye.
The Wide Gape features a slightly in-turned eye, with a short shank, heavily forged bend, and very sharp, beaked point.
It can be used with a wide variety of different pop-up and bottom bait presentations, and once it goes in it tends to stay in.
For those fishing in snaggy conditions in the UK or for overseas fishing there is also a Wide Gape X version.Key features
Classic hook pattern
Short shank and in-turned eye
Sharp, beaked point
Extremley strong X version
Korda Kamakura Krank Hooks
The Kamakura sharpening process produces a hook point which is every bit as good as a hand-sharpened hook, but without you having to go to all the time and effort involved in doing it yourself.
The Kamakura Krank has a unique shape, featuring a very wide gape, with quite a short, curved shank into a slightly in-turned eye – the in-turned effect is accentuated by the shape of the shank and the way it sweeps round to the eye.
The point, which is slightly beaked, is offset and this shape helps it to ‘Krank’ its way in once it takes an initial hold.
These hooks are very strong, and feature a micro barb which won’t hinder penetration, but once in, will ensure that the hook stays in place.
A barbless version is also available.
The Krank can be used with a wide variety of different rigs and is incredibly effective even with a simple knotless knot, or it can be used on more complicated set-ups, such as the Spinner Rig which Tom Dove favours himself.
The points are protected by a blob of wax which needs to be carefully removed before use, and they come supplied in a box which holds each individual hook securely in place – you get ten hooks in each box.
Key features
Based on the original Krank pattern
Incredibly sharp, fine point
Point protected by wax
Micro Barbed or barbless
Korda Hybrid Tail Rubber
The Hybrid Tail Rubber is designed to be used with our Hybrid Lead Clips in situations where you are using thicker leader materials which create a bulkier knot.
These tail rubbers have a larger internal cavity so that they can be fitted over bulkier knots whilst still fitting neatly onto the lead clip, and allowing the lead to eject when it needs to, without becoming jammed in place – just ensure the clip is moistened before you push the rubber on.
Hybrid Tail Rubbers are available in two colours - Weed/Silt or Gravel/Clay – to blend in with any lake bed, and you get ten in a pack.
Key features
For use with Hybrid Lead Clips
Larger internal cavity
Can be used with leaders
Choice of colour
Korda Kwik Change Swivel
The Quick Change Ring Swivel has been specifically designed for use with any helicopter set-up, to allow you to easily change your hook link.
There are two different sizes of QC Ring Swivel available – size 8 or size 11 – with the ring end being designed to be threaded onto whatever type of leader you’re using for your helicopter rig, or your main line if you’re using a naked set-up.
Your hook link can then easily be attached or detached from the clip as long as you use a rig with a loop at the end of it, and everything can be held neatly in place with a Dark Matter Anti Tangle Sleeve, or similar.
The QC Ring Swivels are finished with a non-reflective coating, and each packet contains eight swivels.
Key features
Specifically designed for use with helicopter rigs
Allows quick changes of hook links
Non-reflective coating
Two sizes
Korda Big Grippa Swivel Lead
These are perfect for any situation when you need the lead to grip the bottom more effectively, thanks to their studded surface.
That makes the Big Grippa ideal for use on rivers; for boating rigs out at extreme range where undertow could be an issue; and for casting onto any slope, such as an island margin or gravel bar, as they will stay in place far more easily than other shaped leads.
As well as for carp fishing, both in the UK and on the continent, the Big Grippa is also very popular with barbel and chub anglers.Key features
Grip the bottom
Ideal for rivers or when boating baits out at range
Stick to slopes and won't roll down them
Also popular for barbel and chub fishing
Range of sizes to cover all situations
ESP Tungsten Loaded Tube
Tungsten Loaded Tube is significantly heavier than leadcore and is exceptionally supple, so it follows lake-bed contours, keeps the last few feet of mainline protected and anchors it hard to the bottom.
The 0.65mm internal bore is easy to thread, even accepting tapered leaders and the outside diameter is a good fit for a variety of tail rubbers and rig sleeves.
Features:
Significantly heavier than leadcore
Follows the bottom
Protects line from damage
Anchors line hard to the bottom
0.65mm internal bore
Tube diameter fits a variety of tail rubbers and rig sleeves
Non-flash surface finish
Korda Dark Matter Nano Tubing
Constructed from the same materials as the extremely popular Dark Matter Tubing but with a thinner outer diameter and a smaller bore, making the Nano version perfect for long distance casting.
Nano Tubing is 30% thinner than the original version, making it more supple, whilst reducing drag when casting.
As per its bigger brother, the Nano version is impregnated with tungsten granules, helping it mould to the contours of the lakebed.
With its smaller bore, Nano Tubing can be used with line up to 0.40mm diameter and available in three versions: weed, gravel and silt.
Supplied in packs of 2m.
To compliment the Nano Tubing a Dark Matter Nano Tail Rubber is also available, with smaller bore and slimmer profile to match the characteristics of the tubing.
Soft, supple and super heavy
30% thinner than normal DM tubing
Impregnated with tungsten
Suitable for lines up to 0.40mm
Used in conjunction with Nano Tail Rubber
Korda Heli-Safe
This ingenious system revolutionised fishing with helicopter rigs, as it meant that leads could consistently be discharged as soon as you hooked a fish, whenever the situation meant that this was essential.
As well as dropping the lead when you are fishing in very weedy or snaggy situations, it is also popular with anyone using a chod rig, where ejecting the lead increases your chances of landing a fish, especially at long range where a heavy lead is being used.
There is also the option though to fit a small plastic collar (supplied) which fixes the lead in place, for use in situations where dropping it isn’t necessary, but you still want the versatility that the Heli-Safe System offers.
It can be used in conjunction with leaders – such as any ring swivel leader in our Dark Matter or Kable Leadcore ranges, which can be adapted to fit the Heli-Safe bead – or with a naked set-up with your main line straight through to it.
Heli-Safe System works perfectly in conjunction with our Leadcore Chod Safety or Naked Chod Safety systems.
Each pack contains two Heli-Safe beads, in a choice of green or brown, along with all the bits you need to make it work – including instructions.Key features
Revolutionary helicopter system
Safe
Discharges the lead if required
Can be used with leaders or naked
ESP Mega Method Rigs (3 pack)
So to perfectly complement the feeders we have also launched a range of Mega Method Rigs.
Also designed to be used in solid PVA bags, these rigs provide deadly effective presentation and hook holds and combined with the enclosed Extender stops, a wide variety of hook baits can be used.
The overall length of 4” (10cm) is just right for tucking the hook bait back inside the method mix moulded onto the feeder.
The super strong, soft Camo Sink Link braid is really inconspicuous and does not loop up or be prone to dislodge the hook bait from the feeder as the bait disperses, an inherent problem with stiffer hook link materials.
The hair lengths have been kept purposely short to accommodate small baits such as artificial buoyant sweetcorn or small boilies and pellets, whilst the Extender Stops allow for the hair to be lengthened and larger baits or combinations of bait to be used.
The loop at the top end of the hook link allows for quick connection and removal from a clip link or swivel, very useful when ‘speed fishing’ on prolific runs waters.
Tied using ESP Curve-Shanx Teflon coated hooks which are super sharp, strong and their shape ensures excellent anti ejection and hook holding properties without the need for shrink tube.
Available in barbed and barbless sizes 6 – 20lb, 8 – 20lb and 10 – 15lb with 3 rigs per pack.
Features:
Each pack contains three rigs
Each pack contains hairstops and extender stops
Micro Barbed and barbless
