  • Drennan Puddle Chucker

    Drennan Drennan Puddle Chucker

Drennan Puddle Chucker A fantastic range of 24 clear plastic floats designed primarily for commercial fisheries. Drennan puddle chuckers are an ideal choice of waggler for fishing up in the water or in shallow depths of water. The crystal body and ‘dumpy’ proportions make it very unobtrusive. They also cast a surprisingly long way for their relative size! They are lighter and more buoyant than balsa wood and the material is also much tougher and impervious to line and shot damage. Those with antennas can interchange the tips with standard, match or giant combo tips – and even Drennan night lights for use in the darkness. The loaded versions have a clever attachment that can be clipped on and off so that the whole float can be changed in seconds. • Korda Lead Clip Action Pack

Korda Korda Lead Clip Action Pack

    7 in stock

Korda Lead Clip Action Pack A pack that has all the components to help you construct safe Lead Clip systems, which are essential when fishing on weedy or snaggy waters. The basic rule of the Lead Clip system is that the lead must eject before the swivel pulls out of the nose of the clip. If the swivel comes out first, the lead will never eject. Instead, the line will pull back and forth through the system like a running rig, leaving the lead snagged - and the fish too! Use the system correctly and the lead will eject when you want it to. One thing that's for certain is that when the lead comes off the carp rises to the surface, allowing you to lead it over any underwater obstacles, rather than having to drag it through them. This is the most versatile system when it comes to presenting a bait on any lake bed, and it is safe and effective. Each pack contains 5 x Lead Clips, 5 x Tail Rubbers, 5 x swivels, plus 2m of rig tubing. Key features Everything you need to set up a Lead Clip Includes Lead Clips, Tail Rubbers, swivels and tubing Choice of colours

  • Last stock! Korda Hook Beads 1

    Korda Korda Hook Beads

    5 in stock

Korda Hook Beads The Hook Bead is useful for a wide range of different rigs – pretty much anything where a rig ring or micro swivel is used on the hook! Although this is a very simple item of tackle, a lot of thought has gone into making the Hook Bead as perfect as it can be. They grip incredibly well and you can rest assured that they will remain exactly where you have positioned them without the need for any glue, but once a fish is hooked they will slide round to the eye if necessary. The tapered shape with a flat end ensures that a ring or swivel will sit flush to them and can’t get stuck in place or effect its ability to freely slide up and down the hook as you require. They come attached to a central stem – with ten Hook Beads per stem – which makes it very easy to slide them onto the hook, even with cold fingers, and then simply pull the individual bead away from the stem once it is in place. A large version is also available and is designed for use with larger sized hooks and will more easily fit over the barb. They will fit any hook in the Korda range from size 2-10, and you get 20 of them in a packet.Key features Ideal for a variety of rigs Grips well Tapered design Different sizes

  • Korda Distance Casting Swivel Lead 1

Korda Korda Distance Casting Swivel Lead

Korda Distance Casting Swivel Lead As the name suggests, this lead is designed for casting long distances. The nose-heavy design makes it very stable indeed and also gives good hooking efficiency. This is without doubt Danny's favourite style of lead, he says of it: "I love fishing at range in open water and building up a baited area, fishing all three rods only feet apart. The nose-heavy shape of this lead means that it flies straight as an arrow; it just goes where you want it to go. For this type of fishing I couldn't think of using anything else!".Key features Designed for long range fishing Nose-heavy shape helps ensure casting accuracy Range of sizes

  • Korda Kamakura Wide Gape Hooks

Korda Korda Kamakura Wide Gape Hooks

Korda Kamakura Wide Gape Hooks The Kamakura sharpening process produces a hook point which is every bit as good as a hand-sharpened hook, but without you having to go to all the time and effort involved in doing it yourself. The Kamakura Wide Gape is a version of this classic pattern, but with a much sharper, finer point – it is likely that you will need to change your hook after every fish you catch, due to the points being so delicate.  It features a slightly in-turned eye, with a short shank, heavily forged bend, and a beaked point. It can be used with a wide variety of different pop-up and bottom bait presentations, and once it goes in it tends to stay in. The points are protected by a blob of wax which needs to be carefully removed before use, and they come supplied in a box which holds each individual hook securely in place – you get ten hooks in each box.Key features Based on the original Wide Gape Incredibly sharp beaked point Point protected by wax Micro Barbed or barbless

  • Korda Spare Krimps

    Korda Korda Spare Krimps

    15 in stock

Korda Spare Krimps Crimping is a great way to achieve neat, strong connections, especially when you are using stiffer and/or thicker materials which can be hard to knot effectively – plus it allows you to get the hook link length right every time, which is especially useful for chod rigs. These double-barrel Krimps are designed to be used with a variety of different hook link materials, and when used in combination with our Krimp Tool, they will give you a connection that you can rely on every time. You need to ensure that you use a suitable size of Krimp for your choice of hook link – if the Krimp is too big it can slip – and the Small 0.6mm version is perfect for use with materials like Mouth Trap, the 25lb version of Boom, or even stiff coated braids such as Hyrbid. The Large 0.7mm Krimp is for really thick materials, such as 35lb Boom or very heavy mono. The newest addition to the range, the X-Small 0.5mm version, is perfect for using with 15lb & 20lb Boom, or any other hook link material which is suitable for crimping (must have very low, or no stretch) and has a diameter between 0.40mm and 0.50mm. They come supplied in a neat little box with a sliding lid, which helps prevent spillages, with 50 Krimps in each pack. Key features Perfect for stiff materials like Boom Double barreled and two sizes available Use in conjunction with the Krimp Tool Three versions available

  • Korda Sinking Rig Tube

    Korda Korda Sinking Rig Tube

    9 in stock

Korda Sinking Rig Tube Not only does rig tubing stop the hook link from wrapping around the main line on the cast preventing a tangle, it also stops the fish coming in contact with the line during the fight. This is a vital safety aspect of the rig which we feel should not be ignored. Our plastic camouflaged tubing has an anti-glare finish, which makes it harder to see underwater. It is also easy to thread. Key features Sinking plastic rig tubing Easy to thread Choice of colours 2m in each pack.

  • Korda Krank Hooks

    Korda Korda Krank Hooks

    20 in stock

Korda Krank Hooks This pattern has been a huge seller since Tom Dove first came up with it back in 2014, and has accounted for countless big fish both at home and abroad, and even some monsters of other species well in excess of 100lb, in Thailand. The unique shape features a very wide gape, with quite a short, curved shank into a slightly in-turned eye – the in-turned effect is accentuated by the shape of the shank and the way it sweeps round to the eye. The point, which is slightly beaked, is offset and this shape helps it to ‘Krank’ its way in once it takes an initial hold. These hooks are very strong, and feature a micro barb which won’t hinder penetration, but once in, will ensure that the hook stays in place. A barbless version is also available. The Krank can be used with a wide variety of different rigs and is incredibly effective even with a simple knotless knot, or it can be used on more complicated set-ups, such as the Spinner Rig which Tom Dove favours himself. There is also a stepped-up heavy duty Krank X version, which is designed for use in very weedy or snaggy conditions, or when fishing more extreme continental waters. Key features Can be used with a variety of rigs Short curved shank Beaked point Strong and sharp
