ESP Leadcore Stop Beads
The frame contains 20 beads, 10 with a large bore and 10 with a small bore with a central membrane.
The large bore bead is a perfect interference fit over the 0.5mm silicone tube supplied with the beads.
This is designed to be fished as the upper bead on the leadcore leader, so that in the event of a break off the bead can easily pop off the silicone tube under minimal pressure, and slide over the leader knot, allowing a hooked fish to rid itself of the leader. The small bore bead has a central membrane which can be pierced with a splicing needle and threaded onto the leader.
This provides a snug interference fit directly on the leadcore, which will slide down under minimal pressure.
Perfect for fishing ‘semi fixed’ chod rigs up the leader or for preventing the hook on a chod rig from coming into contact with the lead by setting the bead three or four inches up the leader. These beads allow for really neat versatile and safe setups and are available in three colours, weedy green, camo brown and choddy silt to complement the different colour blends of ESP leadcore.

ESP Chod Rig Sleeves
The flexible silicone tube is mounted onto a soft sleeve which houses the lead retaining clip and provides a neat, streamlined system.
You might wonder why this component is comprised of two parts, rather than being moulded as one piece.
Well, the thermoplastic rubber used to mould the clip link retaining sleeve is malleable yet tough and is perfect for sleeving the clip link yet does not have the soft flexibility and inherent ‘spring’ of good old silicone tube so ESP have combined the two materials to create the perfect shock absorber buffer sleeve for chod rig work.
The silicone tube can be shortened if required, as can the clip retaining sleeve if the leader is tied directly to the lead loop.Features:

Korda Leader Safe
The Leader Safe is a compact way of storing your pre-tied leadcore and Dark Matter leaders, in a way that avoids them becoming damaged or tangled when not in use.
Two different sizes are available – small will hold three leaders, and large can be used to store six leaders – and the leaders are stored on the hard plastic insert which has been designed with slots to hold Hybrid Lead Clips, Heli-Safe Stems, or swivels (depending on what you have attached to the end of the leader), securely in place when not in use, with the rest of the leader wound around the Leader Safe in the corresponding channel.
A clear, hard plastic outer casing means that they can’t come unravelled – although if you are using them in conjunction with the Tackle Box, this case will need to be removed in order for them to fit.Key features

Thinking Anglers Sub Fleck 'Dark Camo' 45lb 10m
Sub-Fleck is a soft, natural feeling, incredibly heavy spliceable leader material, that is manufactured from 100% PTFE fibres. It is extremely fast sinking, offers high-level strength and abrasion resistance, whilst remaining very smooth and supple, and is extremely easy to splice securely.
The ‘Dark Camo’ flecked weave offers amazing camouflage, blending ineffectively against almost any aquatic background. Sub-Fleck retains its colour extremely well because the PTFE fibres themselves are coloured, as opposed to being over-dyed which inevitably fades much faster in use.
Sub-Fleck feels is natural to the touch, so carp feeding near the rig are less aware of the terminal tackle. It’s a fantastic alternative to leadcore when used conventionally and is also a material that excels when being used as a long Chod leader, for fishing chods or balanced baits high on weed.

Brand new patented design Tubing Lead Clip that grips and holds tubing inside the lead clip, ensuring it does not slide up the line like it can do with other clips. When using tubing to pin down mainline or to protect the flanks of fish its essential that the tubing does not travel up the line during the fight otherwise your mainline could lift scales causing damage to the fish. The Tubing Lead Clip ensures the tubing can’t slide up the line. It features a side window that allows access inside to thread on a locking funnel (witches hat) to the mainline that’s pushed into the tubing. When this window is replaced the peg feature locks the swivel and the tubing in place preventing the tubing from slipping loose out of the clip. The precise fitting tail rubber allows the lead to pull off the clip in the event of it becoming snagged but unlike with other clips the tubing will not get dragged up with it.
